I just cancelled my Wen account for the second time, this time speaking to a manager. My first cancellation was ignored, my account was charged more than the agreed upon fee, and when I tried to cancel with a customer service person, she would not cancel it.

They're obviously trained to keep customers, so she kept asking if I wanted to put it on hold, or maybe I had used the product incorrectly and she could send me more information.

I finally asked to speak to a manager... Don't order Wen, because they automatically deduct your monthly amount from your card or account, send the products too frequently, and then make it unpleasant and infuriating to cancel the whole mess!
