I heard so many good things about Wen that I decided to try it.It was not all it is hyped up to be.

I decided to cancel after I received my first shipment in November. I was told I can cancel my membership but I will still be charged 3 more payments because they CANNOT cancel auto enrollment. TOTAL BS. Their customer service personnel are the worst.

They have no answers to any questions you have and speaking to someone above them is flat out not going to happen.DO NOT ORDER FROM WEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT THE BEST AND ALL THEY DO IS GET YOU FOR YOUR MONEY AND TAKE MONTHS TO GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of membership. Wen needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
