I developed a red, itchy, scaly rash on my face and red painful bumps on my head within a two days of using this product. I immediately called the company and asked to return the product.

I had to call about five times since each time the only option was to leave a message for the resolution person to call me back. I finally demanded my refund via email and called again. The rep took down a full history and gave me a full refund.

It took about four weeks for the rash to clear up. This company should disclose this problem to potential customers!!!!!!!

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of wen hair care from Wen. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Wen to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
