I was very excited to try Wen and actually liked the product! I would be a lifetime user of Wen if the customer service was not so bad!
I signed up for automatic shipments/ payments. I was supposed to receive my second shipment of Wen approximately a month after my initial order came in. It never came and they charged me for it!! It and some the reviews had said that it took a while for shipping so I even waited 2 1/2 weeks before calling.
When I called they claimed they "could not find my account." I was very upset, as my account was nowhere to be found but they continued to charge me! After hanging up with frustration as the customer service rep suggested I would have better luck online. I tried signing in online to no avail. The second time My husband called.
They were still unable to find the account but assured him they would cancel the automatic payments and shipment, also stating they would send out the shipment we had already paid for within two business days. IT NEVER CAME! I called again a week later after they had charged me AGAIN! (I still had only received my first shipment).
Still they could not find my account (funny how they can still charge me but my account is not listed!). I even had my account order number and they said it was nowhere to be found. I was very upset and told the woman on the other end of the phone this. She was apologetic and assured me that it would all be taken care of, stating she was filling out a form for the corporate office and that I would receive a call from them within the week.
I have not heard from Wen, have not received any product but they are continuing to charge me!!! DO NOT ORDER this product! They sell similar cleansing conditioners at my salon and I do not have to deal with horrible customer service and make payments on a product I am not receiving! Awful!
