Chaz Dean.... you have a good product with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE~! Without customer service, you will have no customers. Wen Customer Service specialist PAUL and Call Taker Ladonna were a BAD IMAGE for Wen Hair Care. They shipped product that I didnt want or ask for and wouldnt take it back. Because it is last years model. DONT take the free trials or low priced introductory specials. YOU ARE STUCK with it, even if you can cancel, you are unable to send it back.

PAUL and LADONNA, I am sure you could have taken it back.

UN SATISFIED with product and service.

Our free gifts were unsolicited. Yet the threat of continued product delivery and charges was in the small print. We are having our credit card company investigate how they got our credit card.
