I contacted Customer service more than a month ago to ask for a refund and was told they would send me a return lable.I then therfeore deleted my credit card information so they could not charge my account however the lable never came and the card continued to be charged.
I call two different customer services representatives and asked how they were charging my card if I deleted it from the account and was told it was because "I owed the money until the merchadise was returned". They both totally ignored the fact that the credit card was removed. When I threatened to dispute it with the credit compnay I was told "my credit would be ruined". At this point I am still waiting for the return lable and will dispute it with the credit card company and also contact the Better Business Bureau.
This company has unethical work practices and is very difficult to work with.
