I have cancelled my auto ship 3 times now!!!They keep charging my checking card and bouncing my account!!!

Grrr...The last two times I talked with a supervisor & they reassured me my card was cancelled. BUT I'm still getting charged!! When I call they say they don't know why cause it says cancelled. WTH!

Do not give them your credit card info!

I will say the product is ok 4my hair but it does leave my scalp feeling dirty.

If you want to try this product they now have one in stores that is suppose to be just like Wen.I would recommend doing that so u don't have to worry about someone digging in your account when their told to stop.

This is really a lesson for me..This company always charging my card..

I can't trust them anymore..

They should ask permission first..cause it will sound like stealing..they send me a bill but they charge me another bill..I really regret why I order these products..I feel so disappointed
