I just recently ordered Wen hair products despite negative reviews, I have received hair product to comment on yet but I did make a simple call to the Wen customer service line to inquire about the amount charged to my account since it was flighty more than advertised.the first customer service female stated after she heard my question and search my zip code that she couldn't hear me and said hello a few times before hanging up, I could head her clear as water.when I called Bk The customer service man "Joe " was do rude, he act as if I was a burden and was quick to get me off the phone asking is that all?Not have I satisfied your questions tonight.just unpleasant, not very polite.
I hope the product is better than the service because if not I will be returning this item and be back online with my updated review of the product.
Wen owner please retrain the operators so customers have a better experience and want to come Bk.If the products good I'll keep it if Its just ok and service is crappy I'm definitely returning!- thx for hearing me vent help me feel little better
