I ordered the trial product. When I tried it I had a bad reaction to the product.

I broke out in a rash all over my body. I called to cancel my order and get my refund. I was told to throw the product away that it might be a bad batch. I have call 4 times, each time I explained what happened I was told the refund check would be mailed to me.

I still have not received my refund. This has been since April.

If they advertise a guarnteed refund when you call before 60 days they should honor it, however they have not. Not good business.
