Terrible product but the customer service is even worse. After canceling service and canceling ATM card, they got access to my new atm card.

I told them that was illegal and the product is cancelled and I had it less the 30 days so they should not be charging me. The representative responded if your financial institution let it through then they are the ones responsible.

Then he said hold for a cancellation confirmation number and put me through to a recording which asked me for a additional 106.00 for product I didn't order or receive and gave me my new ATM number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
