I have made two attempts to order Wen conditioning cleanser. The first time I attempted, I received an email telling me that my order didn't go through.

I then called to ask what the problem was, and was taken through the whole "what's the credit card number, what's the security code, etc...?" After all the questions, I was told that I must've given the wrong info during the first ordering process. After submitting the order, yet again, it's been over two weeks, and nothing! Oh, did I mention that I ordered on a gift card? I checked my gift card balance just before making this post and learned that the amount for the Wen had not been taken out.

This is a scam, and they do not want to let you order on a gift card.

They know that they cannot debit your account because it is limited....they depend on the repeat orders! Shame on you!

Stick your Wen where the sun don't shine!
