After a few days of using the product I had a allergic reaction and called to cancel my subscription. After getting a service rep I was told that only a special dept could cancel my account.
She did take the reason I was cancelling and transferred me to the cancellation dept. After 8 minutes on hold I got a message saying leave my name and number and someone would return my call within 24 hours. Someone did leave a message the next day but when I called back I had to leave another message. The next day when I was at work a woman called and when my husband said I was at work and unavailable she said "Well she called us.
She should have left a number where we could talk to Her. I don't take personal calls at work so I e-mailed them when I got home from work.
That was 2 weeks ago. Today I got a new shipment and a 39.00 charge on my credit card.
