I purchased WEN 90 Day Supply in July 2011 and soon found out it is awful and decided to return it. I called their customer service line and was told to return the unused portions to the return address provided.

I did as I was told and paid for the shipping back in September 2011 (within the 60 day time period). I have called Wen 4 times and emailed 3 times and to date, no refund.

To make matters worse, they sent me another package in October which I did not want and have returned, still no payment. Out $245.

Monetary Loss: $245.

I contacted the BBB, you go on line and get your money back asap. I can't wait. Until there is a class action law suit for the hair loss that it causes.

Some of these complaints are unbelievable.

1) Did you cancel your auto ship as soon as you got your original package or did you tried the product first? If you waited too long to cancel you next shipment will be in que and will be shipped.

2) When you sent you back you order did you used delivery confirmation? It takes time for a refund. I saw on another program investigating infomercial products refunds could take months. Be patient. You are not walking up to the customer service desk at Walmart.

3) How are you out $245? My bank would never allow a company to ding my account when I said it wasn't a legit charge. You must bank with Bank of America.

hey i love wen my hairs amazing

everyone on here must no get how when u stop using those horrible filled chemial shampoo and conditions for so many years, it take time for you hair to heal, and get use to not having them on the hair. but anywho i got mine from showcase 60 bucks for 2 big bottles, remoister treatment, texture bar, styling cream. no scamm no problems

U can always report them to the better business...I have done that with another company and it works.
