I ordered Wen a few months ago, just the original one month price- I then received a bill for triple the price of what I had ordered and verified it with the rep. I asked the supervisor to review my call, as they are all supposed to be recorded, and she said she conveniently "could not find it".
I sent a letter to the corporate office about their customer service reps defrauding the customers. This product isn't any better than other shampoos- just more expensive!!
Don't be taken in! They are obviously trained to get a commission if they can get the customer to order more, and the money is just going into the pockets of their corporate management- a terrible product and terrible way to do business!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
