I ordered Wen a few months ago, just the original one month price- I then received a bill for triple the price of what I had ordered and verified it with the rep.I asked the supervisor to review my call, as they are all supposed to be recorded, and she said she conveniently "could not find it".

I sent a letter to the corporate office about their customer service reps defrauding the customers. This product isn't any better than other shampoos- just more expensive!!

Don't be taken in!They are obviously trained to get a commission if they can get the customer to order more, and the money is just going into the pockets of their corporate management- a terrible product and terrible way to do business!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $79.

You need to file an online complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), they will get you a full refund back from this company who has been scamming honest customers like yourself for years
