I signed up for WEN. I received two shipments, both of them wrong.
I spent hours on the phone (mostly on hold)talking to WEN agents who promised to correct the problem etc. It took 3 months and multiple calls to correct the first shipment. When the second incorrect shipment arrived I cancelled. They need to stop the infomercials and put some money into supporting their current customers.
I spent a lot of time frustrated, on the phone and having to make trips to the post office to return items I didn't even order.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of wen hair care from Wen. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Wen to offer any options to resolve the issue.
