I tried the trial set and didn't care for it. That's just me, didn't think the company was bad just wasn't good for my hair, what is bad about this company is even after I cancelled they sent me another set, charged my card, I called and they instructed me to return the shipment and the refund will be processed, unfair that MY funds are held but ok, two months later again, they sent another shipment and by now I am pretty mad, when I called they did say they noticed that I cancelled but the rep didn't complete the request, I return the shipment again, received my refund and now I get an invoice saying I owe 130.00. Bad business practices, bad company, just plain shady.
