To finish my Wen shampoo story....
I no longer buy this product from Wen company. I love the product and , get it from qvc or e bay .I will just say love his product , think it is a bit over priced yet , still love how my hair feels with this product. I enjoy getting it on QVC , then I get to listen to Chaz Wen explain how to use all the things the correct way and watch him use it on the girls. I can also use the easy pay option. This has no interest so , I can pay slower. Guess I found 100 words.

Love the product. Customer service is awful. I believe they have a 10 min. Alloted time to speak w/ customers. If issue unresolved , click. Nice. Not sure if most know/understand english. Can never get the point across. Sad. May have to order from QVC, where they understand english. Did not want to pay the shipping and am on a reoccuring order, yet NEVER get seasonal and always end up w/ Almond Mint. Least favorite,greasy hair, diff formula, not soy. Have by now sure book of notes do not send that. Still get it. Do not know what else to do.Love Wen. Suggestions?

Wen in Phoenix, Arizona - STAY AWAY--UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICES!
My story is not unlike thousands of others. I am still currently in the midst of battle with WEN; unwanted products, charges to my credit card that were, essentially unauthorized, and no acknowledgement of having returned unused, untouched, unwanted product back to them. If a product can stand on its' own merit, I see no need for these horrendous and underhanded practices. So why have they chosen to alienate so many unsuspecting people? Bottom line; GREED. WEN rakes in a fortune ripping people off. I suggest that every victim contact their respective attorney generals and hopefully, we can save someone else the grief and expense WEN has caused.

Bottom Line: Stay Clear of WEN Hair Care
The 60-day money back guarantee is a joke. WEN does everything possible to keep your money. I placed 2 orders with them within 10 days apart to try and get the look and feel I was looking for. The products DO NOT work on my (African American) natural hair. I returned the products in less than 30 days because they were drying my hair out. I shipped all the products back in one box with both return slips. They credited me $39.95 for the smaller order but not the $83.89 I spent on the second order. No explanation at all. So I called to find out they require you (even though it's not written any place) to return the orders separately. Why if they are going to the same address...***! So now that they have the products (all of them), I have to wait for them to send me a form to complete (an affidavit) to send back and request my money back. I am so glad I returned this mess and will utilize every chance I get to discourage others from ordering from WEN. This is ridiculous. They have the products and see that they were returned. Why must I now certify that they were returned? Save your money and buy local, less expensive products that are much better for your hair. WEN's business practices are literally ridiculous. For all the money they scam people out of, they should have a better process. Customer service is pitiful.

DID NOT LIKE WEN!!!!
I tryed Wen a couple years ago & thought it was terrible. It made my hair feel weighted down & as if I hadn't washed it in days. It made my fairly thick hair very flat. I saw Wen on QVC or HSN & decided to give it a try again & its just as bad as before. I rinse very well when using the Wen so its not that Im not rinsing. I just find it to be a terrible product & now I have 2 full bottles to throw in the trash. I personally would not recommend Wen.
Wen does not stan behind refund
I ordered the trial product. When I tried it I had a bad reaction to the product. I broke out in a rash all over my body. I called to cancel my order and get my refund. I was told to throw the product away that it might be a bad batch. I have call 4 times, each time I explained what happened I was told the refund check would be mailed to me. I still have not received my refund. This has been since April. If they advertise a guarnteed refund when you call before 60 days they should honor it, however they have not. Not good business.
WEN HAIR CARE YEAH RIGHT
I tried the product it didn't work.I actually broke or all over my face. I have never had acne in my whole life. Returned it with auto confirmation which I didn't have to but I wanted to protect myself. I called to update my info because I had closed an account which was what i had purchased the product on. Representative said no big deal she could mail a paper check. Eight weeks went by and nothing after six phone calls I talked to a supervisor who had indicated to me that it's ILLEGAL ( actual words she used) for her to to send the money as a paper check and said it had already been sent back to the card and was accepted by Visa! Now I have to go through Visa! Not only are the reps abcent minded but they are very rude. I contacted Visa and am waiting to see just where on earth WEN sent my money. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone!!!!!
Wen 29.95 trial costs way more.
In a weak moment I ordered the 29.95 trial, it made my hair greasy and flat. I called to get my refund and they offered another hairtype product for free. They promised I would still be able to get a refund. In the meantime I got my 90 supply. I didn't know I had ordered one. I was not happy, especially when I saw 2 installments of 29 bucks. When I called to return the pkg. The girl was rude. She said I will get the refund AFTER my 3rd installment. I paid shipping coming to me, plus my 20 bucks to ship back plus 8 dollars handling fee out of the refund. I think thats a total of about 165.00 paid out for nothing, I'm still trying to get my 29.95 refund on principal. Ha
