WEN Representative lied to me
I signed up for WEN hair care and after a few months decided to cancel, but they were so insistent that they talked me into keeping my account but changing the products. When it started piling up in my cabinet I finally called and cancelled. The company rep told me I could return all unused and unopened product and I would be refunded. This was a lie and now they have the product I paid for but they won't refund my money. Also, after 3 months, they took another deduction out of my checking account and tell me it will take 6 weeks to refund it back. I wish I had found this website before I ordered from this company.

Wen's Hair Care Buyer Beware
I ordered this product after watching the commercials on TV after receiving the products I was so unhappy my hair would not hold curl it was just horrible. I sent an email to Wen's canceling my order well to my surprise when I was reviewing my credit card statement a month later they charged me again AFTER I had canceled my order I called & spoke with a representative & he gave me his badge number and a confirmation number for cancellation & then Wen's charged me again today after it was canceled over a month ago!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Everyone needs to follow and file complaints with the local Better Business Bureau and their credit card companies this MUST STOP. This is nothing short of THEFT!
This product does NOT work as promised. It is sub-par at BEST. I guess it's like any other infomercial product - never works as promised. And, if you do the math, it's not cheap. But never mind the sub-par product, or the expense, or the fact that the product...
Wen and Vita-Power
Your products are not worth the three dollars I pay for Suave. No, my hair was not unbelievably soft, nor manageable, it was as if I had rubbed dirt into my scalp and rinsed. Not only were your products disappointing, but I asked to receive one three month supply every two months and was told that was fine. However, I was charged for the second shipment only one month after the first. My situation had changed in that month, and I was no longer able to afford a monthly shipment of Wen Hair Care. I planned on canceling my subscription a few weeks before the second shipment was due. Because I was charged a month early, my account went negative and I was charged $60 by my bank, just for overdraft fees. I understand that nothing can be done about those fees. In addition, when I first placed my order, I was asked if I would like to add a one month's supply of Vita-Power vitamins for $3.99 plus a small handling fee, I agreed. I was not told that Vita-Power would in fact send me two month's supply (which I did not actually receive for 50 some days) and charge me full price for the second month's. Outraged, I called to return both the two month supply of vitamins and the second shipment of Wen. I was given return numbers for both items but no return labels, so I assumed that my shipping costs would be reimbursed with the refund. I paid $14.62 to return the Wen Hair Care System, and $9.96 to return the Vita-Power vitamins. I paid $24.58 to return products that I should not have received. I called to ask for a refund of $14.62, and was only given a refund of $7.95, which is what i had already paid to have the shipment sent to ME. I was not refunded any return shipping costs. I would also like to express my disappointment that your company is affiliated with Vita-Power, and feel I should warn you that continued promotion of their products will result in legal action, not only from myself, but from hundreds of disgruntled customers that have been tricked by Vita-Power.
Wen in Chattanooga, Tennessee - The customer service is horrendous and the website is down.
I am a hairstylist at a large salon in Chattanooga. I fell in love with your product after trying it. I have tried 3 times, unsuccessfully to reorder and customize my order via telephone. I asked to receive three 16oz bottles of the cucumber/aloe formula and two bottles of styling gel, recurring every 3 months. When I (finally) received the order, I received five 16oz bottles of the almond mint formula...Completely wrong in every way and still addressed incorrectly. This morning I spoke with Robert who agreed to refund and accept a return of this order, with shipping also being refunded. I am extrememly frustrated with the customer service I have been receiving. Robert said he had no idea why I was sent this particular order but that my modified order was in the computer accurately and to look for the correct order in the next week. What is going on??? This is my last attempt to get this order right. Can anyone help me????
Wen Hair Products
I am an older lady who still works part time, and just love the Wen hair products. My hair has never been so easy to manage and care for. Just condition and let dry.. Soft curls love this product!!My sister had me try the product and from day one I have been using this product for about one month. My scalp went from itchy to normal feeling and my hair went from tight curls (natural curly hair) to soft curls. I have always worn it short but I am now considering wearing it longer. I just love this new product..
Chaz Wen ripoff
Two months ago, my wife called the company and told them to stop sending me the product. Apparently, she ordered some on plan where the company would send her the hair products on a monthly basis. As per CRC Chaz Dean Wen hair product commitment, the program could be discontinued at any time. My wife stopped the shipments. I called the company and requested they stop shipments and discontinue the program. They said that would not be a problem and in fact they stopped sending the product to my home. None the less, I was billed for this past month. Recently, I checked the company on the internet and found that this company is the recipient of numerous complaints. I will call them tomorrow and insist that they immediately credit my credit card account and send me verification of the fact within ten days or else I will call the New York Attorney General's office and file a formal complaint with them against the company.
Wen Hair Care
I like the product I was charged for two shipments and only received one. I changed my address about a month ago and I have been on the phone and several emails still no shipment.I was charged 47.44 this time and the last shipment was 29.30. I like the product I have been waiting a long time now;it must be three weeks;since I found out that the shipment was sent to my old address.It was sent out originally four or five weeks ago;that's when my bank account was charged.I would like to have what I paid for.
